Renting out a house: this is how it works

If you want to rent out your house, we will first visit the property with you. We will get acquainted, discuss the market price, find a reliable tenant and draw up the rental agreement. We are also happy to take care of the check-in and check-out of the tenant. There are several types of rent out agreements by Dutch law. We will advise which one is the best for you.
