Who do we work for?
We have been mediating for sellers, buyers and landlords for more than 30 years.

We work in the Gooi and the Eemland region, mainly in Hilversum, Eemnes and the Lake district, Wijdemeren Municipality.

Muriel Kessels, my assistent, is indispensable in a smooth and efficiënt running of the agency.

Erwin Voorneveld is a sworn broker / appraiser and is affiliated with the Dutch Association of Real Estate Agents, the NVM. We prepare property appraisal reports, validated by the NWWI.

"I was born in Hilversum in 1967, grew up in an entrepreneurial family and have lived in Eemnes since 1998. In 2000, I started my real estate agency on the corner of Gijsbrecht and Oude Loosdrechtseweg. Before I started there, I gained experience at three real estate offices in Hilversum, Huizen and Bilthoven. Since 2019 I work from my "new" office at Gijbrecht van Amstelstraat 261.

In 1991 I obtained my law degree. A year later I started working in real estate in Hilversum. A beautiful and fascinating field. The interesting thing about being a real estate agent is that people and real estate are always in motion.

My law degree is regularly put to good use  at work. For example in conflict situations: (divorce) divorce, with the dissolution of a purchase agreement, rental issues or with inheritances. Maybe that's why I'm sometimes a little more than just a broker.

Of course I'm not always working.

I like to be active outdoors with sailing, mountain biking, fitness training, rollerblading and ice skating. I do that regularly in the beautiful surroundings of Gooi en Eemland!"
