These are the steps after approval.

• After the verbal agreement, the official part follows: a deed of sale is drawn up. We inspect the deed and check whether all agreements made have been correctly stated.
• We will go through the deed of sale with you. Afterwards you sign, at our office or digitally.
• We do a final inspection of the home you have bought. Before we go to the notary, we secure the meter readings and together we check whether everything is in order in the house.
• We go to the notary together.
• You sign the deed of delivery. The house is yours now!
